Why should it be removed?:  As Noble provoked me first, I think it is unfair to punish me. I can clearly not be held accountable for my actions as he provoked me and therefore this warning is invalid. As the evidence shows, provoking people and then allowing for punishments is not acceptable (quote in evidence is from Overlewd in the Noble staff report thread)
