Why should you be unbanned?: First i would like to explain what happend. This happend over a year ago and i'm ready to try to put it behind me. At the time i got banned i didn't have a PayPal of my own so i used my brothers Paypal to purchase money packs and donator status. He explained to me that he tried to refund all the transactions i have ever done on his PayPal, He said it was a "joke" or a "prank". I obviously didn't take it as a joke, I belive  he needed money and wanted some quick cash.
As everyone would i got upset. A bit later i tried to play on Limelight then i found out i got banned i didn't understand why at all. I checked the suspension part of the forums that i got banned for ToS. I belive i talked to a staff member as i didn't know what it meant by "ToS". I then understood that it was because my brother had refunded some purchases from Limelight. I got really upset but figured there was nothing i could do sadly. A long time after i talked to [L2] Bambo. He suggested that i should make an unban appeal. I said no and that i didn't want to as i was afraid of getting denied, and that i would get depressed if i got denied. Now one year and 3 months later i want to try to get back to playing on the server. I was really immature back then and i have a pretty hefty record. I know this and i want to improve and RP nicely. I have been playing alot of FiveM/ Gta5 Roleplay and i think my RP skills have been improved and that i would add RP to the server. I also have my own paypal now if i'm going to make any donations it won't get refunded. Thanks for looking at my unban appeal i hope i can get back to doing RP on the server :D. I really hope i can get a second chance and a chance to prove myself.

It's was only 7 months ago not a year 
I don't see how telling PayPal transactions are fraudulant / unauthorised which can get you into legal trouble would be a joke
