After closely reviewing the footage provided, I've determined that the props shown in the video do not belong to Timo Oranki, but instead seem to be owned by vesimenooli.

Could you check the loqs if vesimenooli was online

I can confirm that Vesimenooli was online at the same time as Timo Oranki when this happened, going off the time you stated in the OP.

The timing was so perfect and i dont know what he was typing so could there have been communication between the two

I cannot confirm communications between Vesimenooli and Timo Oranki, as a result I cannot issue punishment based off that.

Player report denied for user Timo Oranki, however punishment will be issued to vesimenooli for FearRP and he will be receiving a 2 day suspension and PTE blacklist.
