Not being funny but what is the literal point of putting neutral, you either want something added or you don't.

You can be 50/50 on something. World is not black/white; can be grey too.

If you're 50/50 on something then there is no point of commenting, if you don't want it put -Support if you do put +Support. Neutral is completely useless, it gives no feedback and is a waste of time to post.

What keeps me away from +support is this:

- Contact 911 for assistance in getting your car to the gas station.
not to mention with this we would see more motorist assistance from police officers, so they get a chance to be more of a helping hand.
- Call a friend with a tow truck.
- Buy a toolbox off someone else.

7. When’s Mechanic is on, gas station repairs are increased by x5.

Furthers the use of a Mechanic for repairs and allows people to not pay out the ass when one isn’t on.

->I already see mechanics not responding to any pm's/calls. I need to repair my vehicle for a 5x price than normal.

I hope that my neutral is "justified" in everyone's opinion now. Is there any possibility to add "neutral" to the poll now, as (nearly) every suggestion has it?
