@Jono, delete all of the .gma files in your addons directory (Steam > steamapps > common > GarrysMod > garrysmod > addons) and then proceed to restart your game (if it is already running) and let the addons manually re-download. This normally fixes the issue but if you proceed to still have these issues update us via this thread please.
