Being able to revoke someones driving license

Explain your suggestion, in detail:
I think that we should add a button to the police database and a command to revoke someone's "driving license". It could be done by police officers and other government workers which have access to it. Everyone would have a driving license from the beginning by default. The process of revoking someone's license would be similar to when warranting someone. First, you choose a suspect, then you write a reason, etc. When requesting to revoke someone's license the president would get a popup as when you request a warrant. The president would then be able to deny or accept the request and then be able to choose an appropriate time for the revoked license. I think that the time's the president can choose from should be a little bit different as when requesting a warrant. Maybe 10, 15 and 20 minutes would be appropriate.

What would happen when you get your driving license revoked is that you would show up in the police database as having your license revoked. Police officers who are driving by your car would also get a similar notification in the chat as for when you are wanted (Owner of vehicle blablabla have their license revoked).

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:
I think this should be implemented because it would give police officers more options on how to deal with traffic offenders. Also, people who complain about the police doing a bad job because they arrest people for "minor" offenses would maybe also find it better to only get their license revoked. I also think that it would add more TaxiRP or BusRP to the server because people would need other ways of getting around when having their license revoked. I even think that it would make people drive more careful and responsible because they don't want to get their license revoked.

+support if there would be an actual system created around drivers licenses.
Although I am not sure how they do it in the States, over here in The Netherlands, officers aren't able to officially revoke a drivers license. Officers are able to confiscate one; but a bureau called ''CBR'' (the D.M.V.) would be the one officially revoking it.

Maybe there could be some system in place where presidency or some... ''upgraded'' secretary would be able to do this?

I was already a big supporter of having more stuff added to our police databases. Just look at what most modern MDTs can have within them; dispatch systems, detailed look-up information on subjects you're dealing with, the ALPR system, etc. etc.

As described the police officers wouldn't be able to revoke someone's license all by themselves. It would still require the president's approval as with warrants.

I sometimes as a measure I have to rely on this kind of measure, but since there is no official add-on to do that, I have to constantly watch that the driver

1.) Doesn't go around in another car with the same plates
2.)Tries to not bring attention to himself
And the list goes on
