Explain your suggestion, in detail: Allow SSA to spawn with Ram SWEP, Add a government rule:
SSA's are not allowed to raid unless to rescue either VIP from a hostage situation.

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: SSA's job is to secure and protect the President and Vice President.  They currently have no way of breaking down a door should either of the VIPs be in a hostage situation.  Even if they used a shotgun, it wouldn't apply to any fading doors.  The argument of "Call SWAT" is invalid when you consider that the SSA's have the full authority when it comes to anything involving the safety of the President.

SSA's are not a "raiding" class and they should not use the ram tool to perform raids outside of a hostage situation involving one of the two VIPs.  SSAs should not have to rely on other groups in the event that the VIPs are taken hostage, as their government command grade is higher when it involves the safety of the VIPs.

The Secret Service Agents as we use them so far are just the presidents personal security detail. We had a lot of issues where poeple where abusing the ssa to condut realy shay "fbi" "mega heavy duty k9 navy seal unit" type of shit. Id be carefull with what equipment we give the Secret Service. While sure the Secret Service has highly skilled and equiped combative units, the part of the Secret Service reassmbled by our SSA job is the security detail that would focus on close personal protection rather then survelliance, counter insurgency or hostage rescue.
