Summary: Give us context and what rules they broke. First of all, he spawned props and pushed away all our cars that we parked outside our house. Then he tried to kill me with the props. I got screenshots when i is holding a prop and when I am flying in the air because of his props. At this time, he was a Paramedic.
He did also break NLR, one of the guys in my gang (don't know who it was) started to spray him down. After that, he changed his job to a Mechanic. When I was about to leave the area because I did not want to be involved in any of that. I saw him run back to his car. I followed him & he repaired his car, jumped into it so it got stored and then ran off.
And finally, he was arguing in OOC saying he could prop kill people if they tried to kill you, I said he could not and then he started to add comments like "Fuck Off".
