Explain your suggestion, in detail: Not really much detail needed, it's all in the title
Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: Convenience more than anything. Players should be able to fish off of boats, islands and such across the whole lake/sea/whatever it is

I think this is actually a bug. It has been reported before to @Doctor Internet as I believe you're meant to be able to fish on the whole lake and ravine.

We meant for this to be over the whole ocean when me and Doctor Internet were getting locations for shit. This is a bug.
