Summary: Give us context and what rules they broke. I was driving along the road, they rammed me off into the cliff, mugged me. But I was doing /me's that I had a $100, two $50 bills and a nickle (or something along those lines). I gave the guy $100 upfront to calm him down and then start on the /me's and /it's but whilst I was doing that they both executed me.
Whilst I was editing this PR (I didn't get this one on record) I tabbed back in for a second AND THERE HE WAS, RIGHT INFRONT OF ME AGAIN. So I tried typing the /me's again and he shot me once again (within around 2 seconds). After he shot me he also shot someone else out of their car. 
In addition to this one of their job titles was "Criminal"
