As Bambo was handling this when he was still a staff member, there's been a delay in this case since he stepped down. I'll take responsibility for seeing this through from now on.

Can you remember the person who was blacklisted, who you were planning to use this against? In the meantime, I'll discuss this with another member of staff.

I honestly don't, as I mentioned in the beginning of this request the longer it would take to try and resolve the case the more details would go lost. Smile
I do know @Doctor Internet was the one to give out the punishment to said player very early on in the morning, say 3 or 4am, that day. So maybe you could go trough the list of his blacklists and just maybe he might recognise the name upon doing so.

Apologies to be the bearer of bad news, but after discussing this with staff, we've decided to deny this refund request. The item wasn't lost in an unfair way, nor due to a bug/glitch, thus this isn't going to be processed for you.

I appreciate the patience, but sadly we can't proceed with this.
