Can upload the contents of your console to pastebin? To open console while on the main menu (After joining the server and timing out), you have to hold ` instead of just tapping it. Also, make sure your hard drive has sufficient space and your network card drivers are up to date.

Can you join if you have none of the content packs (i.e. unsubscribe from them all on the workshop, disable all addons within gmod and turn off content downloading)?

It seems to have been fixed, it was quite possible the fact I had not noticed that I was missing Content Packs 11-1, 11-2, 11-3. As for now I will archive this as I have been able to get on the server on my first or second try since last week.
