Explain your suggestion, in detail:
Increase the REP requirements for the S.W.A.T Bearcat (Van) and Presidential Limo from 5 to 10.

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:
With the recent change to how REPs work I believe it would be a good idea to increase some of the more stronger vehicles such as the S.W.A.T Bearcat and Presidential Limo which is unable to explode and take bullet damage to be increased from 5 REPs to 10 REPs to actually have something for players to be proud to use and allows for something to work for much like with the newly added Dune Buggy.

SWAT Van is OP and Rams everything like its 1g aswell as being bullet proof. The limo should stay at five because it's only bullet proof still can take damage and can't ram anything like the swat van does

Meh I am kind of in -support since it will limit there usage an extreme amount, I mean only 40ish people even have 10reps never mind the ones that are perm banned or do not play anymore in that 40.

It's supposed to be rare, it's OP for just 5reps, 3/4 of the server have 5reps

I'm really quite hesitant to support anything that makes unavailable what some players already have access to. We did know this would be a problem with the new REP update, but figured it would be better to simply add new things to fill in the higher gaps.

- Support for the Limo. I don't think the Limo should be that much of a rarity, 5 reps is plenty.

There were like four players I've seen that actually had the SWAT van (not to say there aren't more.) Obviously it shouldn't be something that everyone has but with the REP change and cost of 5 REP you can actually see SWAT teams using it like they ideally would in a real life scenario. Do police departments restrict them on the basis of how many roleplays they've done? No. But then again Limelight cops don't sit in academy for several months and then work as a beat cop for a few years before they can even be on a SWAT team.

Point is, if you have 5 REP then clearly you know how to RP enough to drive a vehicle. By keeping it at 5 REP you're allowing the players who have experience roleplaying to spawn a vehicle that realistically most well-funded SWAT teams would have. (Assuming that the R:PD is well-funded based on the equipment available to them. Most SWAT teams I've seen were just guys with a heavier vest on and maybe a ballistic shield.)
