Replace Atmos with StormFox - Environment mod [BETA]

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:

StormFox does everything what atmos does, but better.. it also features some lights that turn on when it's night some more fog effects and the rain is even better, no longer will the rain go through props and no longer will it go through cars, the rain get stopped by cars and props.. even the rain sound changes if you are outside and inside and even if the door is open or closed.

Oh, and also it features a snow effect..

This addon is not in any way related with atmos

With this weather system it is amazing for the cost of it. Free. Allowing for both Stormy Weathers with actual lightning effects or general rainy days, manual changing of time itself and a quality control from 1 - 7 unless upgrading to ULTRA Graphics which go from 1 - 20. With the addition of Fog and Snow this is a mod that is amazing. when using it in Singleplayer and Multiplayer, only FPS notices is about 1 for setting 6 on a 8GB RAM and 1050 GTX Graphics Card with 2GB. It is a perfect mod and I do believe it has out-bested ATMOS and I do believe an update would be loved.

Servers laggy anyway, atmos does cause some of this. But with the removal of atmos and the addition of this, there would be little or no difference at all

It will not. You can set the client settings to be disabled or to the lowest possible. FPS might change but that will be barely any for lowest settings for low-end computers. This kind of addons don't really tend to spend so much depending on the amount of detail, generally caused by the graphics of the Addon.
