It technically can be if you are excessive. Sadly, giving a very aggressive asian accent (That was extremely racist compared to their regular one heard) plus saying "N*****" randomly in the radio is considered excessive.

after speaking to other administrators they have said it wasnt excessive and fit my role fine. speaking to Obay yesterday, he does asian accents and shouts "Nigger" he doesnt get punished because it isn't a rule breakage.

You can not use over excessive asian accents, screaming nigger randomly without a reason.
You can not act extremely mingy with your vehicle in general, let alone a police officer.
You can not break fearp and claim "I didn't see it,". You are responsible for your surroundings at all times.
You can not attack another cop as a corrupt officer, unless they assault you first or are attempting to detain them with aless lethal weapon and non lethal weapons. I already informed you that bringing you down to 25 HP was not the intention and I already apologized for that.
