Suggestion:
Sedative (Injection Needle) that can be used when looking at a ragdolled player that is sleeping, knocked out or tranquilized. This will extend the duration of their unconsciousness by 'X' amount of seconds. Made from a combination of Tranquilizer dart(s) and an Injection Needle.

Uses:
Currently impossible to transport an unconscious player in a safely manner as the time they are unconscious is merely seconds to a maximum of 30 seconds. Snatch and grabs are difficult and often the player will awaken mid-transport in a trunk and possibly die depending on vehicle speed. Sedative will also enable a temporary healing effect that would ensure the unconscious passenger bumping around in the back is remaining in good health.
