1)Open the game and from the main menu go to the options and find the tab called video, press that and then press the advanced button and make sure your model and texture settings are set to High and that you are running the game is running in Direct v9.0+, test in-game, if that fails follow steps 2 and 3
2) Delete all unnecessary addons and keep only ones required by Limelight
3) Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons and delete all .gma files, then relaunch the game and let it download all the needed files again.
