Reason:
Lack of role-play revolving around home ownership which leaves the majority of homes and apartments being empty and players simply driving around, wood-cutting or doing only what their job entails (ie. law enforcement never owning a home and going on leave, criminal groups sticking together at a base) and we miss out on a lot of good role-play scenarios that happen in the bedroom and I'm not talking about the down right dirty. I'm talking about something as simple as a thief breaking and entering becomes obsolete, law enforcement home raids are rare because they don't live in a home and there are simply a lot of lost opportunities when it comes to lacking a real reason to own, decorate and live in a space.
