PayDay 2 Cheater's actions are clear, he did attempt to steal your vehicle as a Gun Dealer and did shoot you afterward but,

You pulled out a weapon when he already had one out, aimed and visible.
Both of you shot at the same time but one can argue PayDay 2 Cheater defended himself from your assault.

Its because of the delay of the server , I already used my bind before he equipped it , but it took like 1-2secs until my weapon got pulled out...

PayDay 2 Cheater's shooting seems to be self-defense due to the situation, can't be sure if he intended it that way but that's what the video shows. Him stealing a car as a Gun Dealer however, is not acceptable.

Slowkiller, even if there was a server lag, you ran upto him pulling the gun out while he already had one. What I suggest you do is make sure your bind doesn't lag in a way for you to break FearRP.

Slowkiller, instead of a ban, would you accept a 5-hour weapons blacklist for FearRP breakage?
