Because it adds zero roleplay to the jail and it would be easier to revert it to how it was

Keep it realistic, prisoners are not wearing restraints while in the prison.

This opens up different RP scenarios such as, but not limited to:

Prisoner vs. Prisoner Conflicts (Gang relations, disputes, etcetera)
Corrupt Police RP (Having a prisoner beat down the new inmates and do favors for them while incarcerated)
Prisoner's Ability to Resist (Ability to attack a LEO in prison - additional consequences)

I'm in favor of RP freedom, not sitting in a prison cell for 15 minutes without the ability to do anything.

Is currently nothing police can do aside from tazer spamming them as punishment for fighting

I think that having fists would be fine eventually but the current way the jail system is it serves no rp value other then to punchwhore each other to death.
