I deposited 370k into stocks and after about 10 minutes of trading, i came back to it and tried to withdraw. but it told me "You don't exist in the database | Contact a dev." i hope i at least get the money back. thanks

Problem sorted, user was automatically detected for exploiting which wasn't the case. User is unbanned and has his money.
