Summary: He mugged me today 13:35 demanding 500 dollars. I said I was poor and chopping wood to get some money and therefore I did not have any. It ends up him knocking me out with a baseball bat. At 13:43 he is back demanding 500 dollars again where I notify him about the rule about 15 minutes between each muggings. Noone reacts on my @ so I RP telling him I still don't have any money and he was here 7 minutes ago. He ends up killing me.
The rules clearly state you have to wait 15 minutes between each mugging and he has done it to me before, but now in this case I got evidence.
He also states that it only counts a succesfull mugging, but the rules does not indicate any of that, what I can see.
