Good afternoon folks,

As promised before, the staff team are dedicated to self improvement, and it's clear there are still issues with the staff team's interaction with the community. The main way we can track progress is to have fairly regular staff feedback reviews, the last one was in march of this year.

So as before, the form below is to leave individual, anonymous feedback on all staff members. Again it's appreciated if you can leave specific feedback for each staff member as the data allows for self improvement.

I will ask for the following things to be kept in mind when completing feedback:

Please don't be 'too harsh', but do speak openly and honestly. Simply putting insulting feedback which isn't constructive is well..Not constructive.

Please keep feedback focused on their role, rather than the individual's personality. Are they enforcing rules well, do they interact with you well in ooc, and admin situations etc..

As usual, the results of this will not be made public to protect privacy, however results will be shared internally across the team so we can remain comitted to improving the server experience for you, the playerbase.

Sadly it wasn't overlooked, but you're right. The only real way we'll be able to fix this is by creating a new one. I guess I'll start one and get back to you guys.
