Good afternoon folks,
As promised before, the staff team are dedicated to self improvement, and it's clear there are still issues with the staff team's interaction with the community. The main way we can track progress is to have fairly regular staff feedback reviews, the last one was in
march of this year.
So as before, the form below is to leave individual, anonymous feedback on all staff members. Again it's appreciated if you can leave specific feedback for each staff member as the data allows for self improvement.
I will ask for the following things to be kept in mind when completing feedback:
Please don't be 'too harsh', but do speak openly and honestly. Simply putting insulting feedback which isn't constructive is well..Not constructive.
Please keep feedback focused on their role, rather than the individual's personality. Are they enforcing rules well, do they interact with you well in ooc, and admin situations etc..
As usual, the results of this will not be made public to protect privacy, however results will be shared internally across the team so we can remain comitted to improving the server experience for you, the playerbase.
Again i'd like to thank you for any feedback submitted on behalf of the staff team.

This is a fantastic idea, I hope we can get a lot of participants for this.

This is based on administration and moderation. Since both parties do not have moderation powers they aren't included.
But it is a review of ALL staff. The last one had Dev Only too.

I think it's also very difficult to comment on developers as their work is often only seen in the background and is produced over a longer period of time.

These were made originally to gain players' opinion on staff member's public conduct. This was originally meant for that to be a factor. Sadly, it seems the reason has changed, leaving out a vital part of this review.

I don't think the intent was that strong, but rather something overlooked. Perhaps a secondary form could be linked for the staff members who have been missed out in the original form.

Sadly it wasn't overlooked, but you're right. The only real way we'll be able to fix this is by creating a new one. I guess I'll start one and get back to you guys.
Apologies to any frustration I may have caused. My opinion stands, but I can also understand how I could've looked hostile from certain view points. Again, apologies if I was acting like this.
