For some reason, when I try and update Garry's Mod to play LL, this message pops up:

Are you the administrator on your computer (Do you share one). This looks like an issue with your account on your computer not being an administrator

Are you the administrator on your computer (Do you share one). This looks like an issue with your account on your computer not being an administrator

Yep, only one user on it.

Drop this into your GarrysMod/bin

NOTE: not garrysmod/bin GarrysMod/bin. garrysmod/bin does not exist

Where is Steam installed on your computer?

EDIT:
Have you tried to restart your computer? Sometimes Garry's Mod locks the GMod folder from changing files after you have started the game once.
