I've tried that, but it doesn't seem to work :/ Normally that fixes the problem for everything.

I've tried that, but it doesn't seem to work :/ Normally that fixes the problem for everything.

Are you the administrator on your computer (Do you share one). This looks like an issue with your account on your computer not being an administrator

Have you tried to restart your computer? Sometimes Garry's Mod locks the GMod folder from changing files after you have started the game once.
