After I died, I took out a mp5 to mug some people. 

You said you were about to talk about it? Wouldn't that be metagaming because I died and respawn, therefore I have to follow the NLR rule, and so do you.

The reason I shot you was that I had a mp5 out and you drove past me as a police officer. I knew you saw me and that's why you came back. You jumped out from your car in the tunnel so you could prepare for the gunfight and therefore you took out a shotgun. When you rushed to me and became visible to me, I immediately started to shoot you

You then just waited for me to die instead of driving away (there were no EMS, so there is no reason for you to stay). I waited for about a minute and decided to leave to not give you the mp5. I am pretty sure I lost it anyways but I didn't want you to have it.

NLR has nothing to do with this situation. The car crash was just a bit of backstory to help admins pinpoint the timeline of the events.

I was going to get you under fearrp, detain you and talk about it. There was no laws about carrying guns as far as I know so you would probably were going to get of with a warning. You were not a threat at that point.

You actually called me out for leaving you (See second screenshot, even though I just brought the car closer to you so it wouldnt block the road), so I don't understand your arguement here.

You were in a roleplay situation which you disconnected from, you were not dead when you disconnected which is equivelant to someone dc'ing to avoid arrest because he had to wait 10 minutes before being arrested. You were not dead when you disconnected.

You said it in your final comment. You disconnected to avoid dropping your weapon. Which is against the rules. You died due to in character circumstances which lead to you being shot and your weapon being dropped. Now you left to avoid that. Hence why you will face a 1 day ban.
