Just to confirm he's not the only one getting the issue as it also doesn't work for me (The whole clan management page / system doesn't work for me)

I made a guide on it. But the page has been working worse and worse. We are currebtly working on an improved system. For the time being I can refund your clan and you can re-create it. Not the ideal solution. We are working on it.
