A lot of the vehicles work for me and I have the savanna. I guess it must take a lot of practice, because I am currently doing a dtmRP on the server, usually, and I have no trouble with it. As I said before each bodygroup must be selected from inside the /customize menu. I do not believe it is broken beside the fact that some bodygroups are not available in the /customize menu.

Well that's weird, since I was modifying it outside the "/customize" menu, and when I entered the "/customize" menu, I changed the color forward and back, did apply changes, Parked it near AMPM (Garage) to see if it had saved, and When I spawn it back, The changes were not saved even though I clicked on the "Apply Changes" button

As I said in my first post on this thread, Every Bodygroup in the /customize menu must be selected before hitting 'Apply Changes'. The /customize menu finds which bodygroups are selected on the car, but does not recognize them as being changed; therefore, NOT applying the changes. I have repeated this so many times on this thread. It is not that hard to read other replies, as there are not many, and figure out how to use the /customize menu. Most problems that are posted involving the /customize menu are from clients that don't know how to use the menu. I guess I need to post a thread somewhere and explain it because I have been using it recently, and know how to use it.

I just attempted to do what you suggested, being selecting every bodygroup in the customize menu before hitting apply changes, literally 30 seconds ago - and what you suggested does not work as well.

Then I don't know what is wrong the savanna worked for me, and if its not working for you, i don't know what to tell you.

This will probably not be fixed for awhile. Testing will need to be done to figure out the actual 'broken' code that is not working.

This IS a glitch, all civilian cars (Not Government or Public Transit) should save when /customize is used.

Is this occuring on all cars or just some?

Sorry if I sounded overly blunt, was not my intention; they had 'em save when the /customize was brought out. But it needs a bit of work still

I've tested alot of things and like I've tried to apply the color first and yeah it doesn't matter if its /customize or not colors save like skins do I guess but the bodygroups do not save. Maybe, one time I have a Ford Focus and the skirt is on b which is saved but I am not sure if thats default or not if not then something gets saved which can't get like saved anymore.
