We never said corruption isn't allowed, our point is that you cant just go and say "President make a law against masks please" to arrest two people you had a grudge against for no clear in character reason.

Also if your corrupt your job must (As far as I know) state something like "Corrupt Police Officer" instead of "Police Officer" as if you are still in job terms a normal police officer you police according to the law and don't break it like you were doing.

we had you out of the car and asked for ID. You said it was in the glove box so we let you get in and get it out. I put spikes once front of your car, and sour and i both had guns pointed down. We assumed this as, since your corrupt I don't think you'd want to use unauthorised use of deadly force on a main road where lots of people are, as it would get you into a lot of trouble.

The point is you asked us to "Grab the wallet" and we grabbed the wallet. You didn't say (As far as I remember) "Grab your wallet and DO NOT MOVE OR I will put bullets into you".

2.1 You must follow FearRP – Your character must act afraid of life-threatening situations or of any visibly armed people. You must follow orders of visibly armed people as long as they are able to harm your character at that moment. You cannot draw a weapon while you are in their line of sight and within effective firing range. The only exception to this is if you are also visibly armed. (Visibly armed = holding a weapon in hand, regardless of safety mode). 

Yes the rules do say that a gun pointing downwards is FearRP (bold). Rules also say that while under FearRP you may not try to escape from the person who has you under FearRP. So you broke FearRP and they were in the right to shoot at you.

In regards to the laws, just asking for laws to change is fine, asking for laws to change and then immediately arresting someone as soon as the law comes out may be considered FailRP/Powergaming.

@SourLemon did you end up arresting them for wearing masks?
