It currently makes zero sense why peoples OOC name and title record their IC crimes under one system, if i play as Bill today, but Bob tomarrow, and bill was a criminal and Bob is a foodstand owner, and a cop runs my name, why in the holy hell should Bills crimes be applied to bobs food stand?

Warrants older than 7 days will be removed from the database upon server start.
