Reviewed and concluded.

I've spoken to Soviet about this situation and that he needs to be careful using admin powers in an IC situation to push the RP in the way he wants it to go. In this situation however, other people had already set the groundwork for how this RP was to be carried out and Soviet was given little wiggle-room RP wise to move this in another direction. He has however been told that we do not wish for administrators to use their administrative powers for IC matters, especially against their will.

It's come to my attention that this practice here is more common than just this case so I will also write a post in the Admin-forum to prevent similar situations from occurring without being done properly.

Thank you for your report.
Sincerely, Enzyme
