Server [US/EU]: Both (seems outdated tbh)

Description: When there is a Fire Chief  but no Fireman the Fires will go out in the same time as there wasnt a Fire Fighter online.
FD Chief can not use Keypads by other gov members if set to "Team acces"
Bug is [In-Game/On Forums/Other]: In-game 
Since when have you experienced the bug? Today
