Coupcake    broke   fearrp,    he   never   put   his   handsup    even   a fter   several   times   asked    etc.

It was, however there was barely any time for him to type in the action seeing as you immediately switch your attention to the car that hit you. He had a chance to escape and took it.

Closing Notes: Coupcake wasn't involved other than beig a friend to Wheatcake. Wheatcake was a passenger and assumed the driver. IVI was the driver and due to his driving seen in the evidence, we can see the driver slowing down and drivig in a jittery motion. I can understand the lag problem and I will not be punishing you for that. Just next time, slam on the brake and wait.

I will be however giving the victim a warning. Consider this a verbal warning to you @Kahjo about your use of lethal force. You killed an unarmed Coupcake (to your knowledge) when he attempted to run away instead of trying to pursue. Always try non-lethal before lethal especially if they're not an immediate threat.
