I keep crashing/being returned to main screen with this message in console.

File not found or failed to open.

Huh, it sounds like it's trying to open a singleplayer session, but even then I highly doubt GMOD creates save files of that. Never seen this before.

Do you see the file in the location it's referencing?

cant find any file.

Have you tried to verify your game's integrity?

I can play normaly now. So its probaly not caused by the integrity.
