I have sprint binded to ctrl, when i sprint and click ctrl always mny times it goes laying down when i double ctrl when i sprint, stop and sprint again it lays down. Really irritating

You can disable it by going into Q > Settings > Prone Mod > Disable key binds, or something like that.
Then bind it to a new key by typing bind KEY prone in console.
