Helloo,

I heard u can get police suits from police vehicles, etc. But how?

With a lockpick.

You go up to the rear of a Police Vehicle and click the alternate button on the mouse that you would usually click with the lockpick; this will run the animation "Stealing from vehicle" and has a cooldown bar just like a usual lockpick would have when unlocking a vehicle.

When a police vehicle is placed down, if you right click with a lockpick it would as Apex says allow you to pick up an item at random. Sometimes there are nothing, sometimes there are a few unique one-time use uniforms. Other items you can find are firearms and ammunition, however, I don't speak from experience with that.
