Summary:

The situation starts when I get a report of a Secret Service agent handcuffing and executing a suspect. The Secret Service agent in question was not present on the scene anymore but instead, was dancing outside along with @Lord Octagon and some other players that I do not remember at this point of time. The Secret Service agent was already behaving erratically, swaying his pistol left and right until I told him to knock it off.

At that point of time, I did not yet know that this is was the Secret Service agent that shot, read, executed someone whilst they were handcuffed.

The paramedic @Firav arrives and revives the suspect that was handcuffed and shot and left to die. The suspect was then able to identify the Secret Service agent out on the curb. Notice that there isn't any president in-service at that point of time.

I ask the Secret Service agent to come with me, and do his side of the story. At which he blatantly tries to cover up that he indeed handcuffed and executed @SourLemon, the suspect in this case. I try to demote him after figuring out he indeed handcuffed and attempted an execution on SourLemon but fail to because I am not the president.

Not much later, a new president with the name of "Mike Ames" goes in-service. I take it up to the president, hoping he wants to deal with it, but he is choosing to ignore the report claiming the Secret Service agent saved his life and thus should not be dealt with. Keep in mind, this is a brand new president that had no affiliation with SpeedyGonzales at all. I tell Mike Ames (the current president) that I do not understand his decision, and Mike Ames decides to leave the presidential slot because he cannot be bothered to deal with the situation.

Within seconds, SpeedyGonzales takes the presidential slot, demotes me without further reason and THEN decides to PM me saying he wishes to talk to me.

It's obvious that SpeedyGonzales powergamed right after taking the slot by demoting me because I did not agree on the reason or his method of shooting a handcuffed person to near-death, leaving him to die and then going outside of the Nexus to dance with a bunch of citizens instead.

I therefore state the following rules as broken by the accused party:
-  Rule 2.5 - Do not do unrealistic things out of context (FailRP): Demoting me as a Police Sergeant without any previous and proper reason or conversation as to why, other than me not agreeing to his method of discharging his firearm onto a handcuffed subject and leaving him to die to then dance outside with other players;

-  Rule 2.6 - Powergaming is not allowed: SpeedyGonzales quickly left his job as a Secret Service agent, after Mike Ames declined to take care of the incident, for the sole reason of demoting me. A bit later, both him and Mike Ames can be seen leaving the game at the same time as shown in this screenshot:

Mind that SpeedyGonzales (also known as HotRodCock, KFC Cock, etc, etc.) has an extensive ban record and a extensive blacklist record as well as a permanent warning already.

I can vouch. When he was SS, me and Sourlemon entered the Nexus, being immediately tased by him. I managed to escape but from what I heard Sour was cuffed and executed, later being revived by a medic that was called by me, no other government officials called a paramedic with the noticable presence of a injured body.
