Ban Reason: Scamming, refusing to return money despite knowingly receiving at lest 2x asking price

Why should you be unbanned?: I will explain the situation first: 1. I try to sell my modern axe and I agree with another guy on a price of 23.000$. We meet and he tries to give me the money. He said he got the message that the money was transfered and I got the message that I received the money. But I didn't! The /givemoney command, as well as the /dropmoney command was broken at that time. I also contacted the staffwith the @ "command" but noone responded. So we just both went away and wanted to do it later. About 10-15 minutes later he messaged me that he lost almost all of his money so I checked my balance and saw that I had way more money then before. So we met again and the first thing I did was giving him the modern axe. After that he told me that he lost 4x times the amount of money that he should gave me at first. I also recognized that I had more money then before and looked up in the console how much he gave me. Curiously I could only find out that he gave 3x times the amount of money but not 4x times. So I decide to ask a staff member about it so he could research it and decide how much he gave me. But no staff member was online and I had to leave. I told him that and also said "We deffenitely have to do it later but I gtg", or so. I think he even said "Ok" (not 100% sure) and then I lefted. 

Evidence: 1. I think the biggest evidence are your sever logs - they show that I asked for admin to fix the money system, they show that I told him we will deffenitely do it later, they show that I said it is 3x times the money and not 4x times

It does seem that there was potentially a clientside bug which made it appear that no money was being exchanged.

This is what caught my attention. A staff member ran a debug command approximately 10 minutes prior. You then acknowledged that you had received quite an outstanding amount of money from Gaming, yet made no attempt to rectify it yourself or to reimburse him for the money that he accidentally gave to you.

I had to ask another staff member to correct the finances. Do you mind explaining to me, if you knew - as it seems that you confirmed yourself - how much it was that had been mistakenly given to you, why didn't you return any of it, instead simply disconnecting after dropping an axe for him? Through what I can see in the logs, you weren't really making much conscious effort to try and return his finances to him.

I'm 99.9% sure that it was a server error because he couldn't drop the money.
However as I said before I tried to find out how much he gave but I wasn't able to do so. As I had to go offline because I had to catch my train, I made a screenshot of his name, told him that I had to go and went offline. As soon as I was in the train I tried to contact him on steam (with the mobile app)

PS: In my eyes it was a server bug so I am not guilty but I understand that it was wrong to go offline without even giving him the amount of money back which I was sure he gave (3x)
