The evidence you provided shows someone pushing your body but doesn't show who it is. Do you have any evidence that actually proves it's the accused player? And were you already dead when they started pushing your body or did you get pushed while still injured?

Diesel knows to that it really was him that was moving my body with a prop. and in the server i was talking to Nacreas

Diesel shot me 2 times when i was injured then VenomousBulldog was moving my body away with a prop.

In addition, the act of proppushing a body of a completely dead player would not be nearly as severe as the act of proppushing a body of an injured player as there is no longer a possibility of propkilling, and could simply be an attempt at cleaning up the evidence (considering the lack of a better option present to move bodies on the server).
