Appears that is the correct skin, have an image from 2015 with it as that skin. Pretty sure it was used by @Wood when the ambulance was originally added as part of the FL content, don't think that it's been updated since then.

The ambulance skin isn't setup correctly, one skin overrides all the choices. (If I recall correctly the skin is named "skin" and overrides all the choices, but if it was "skin0" it'd just be the default option.)

I was trying to make a skin for it but had problems lining up the lines from the box to the cab, so my ambulance is currently set to a "test" skin instead of any actual skins.
