- Everyone knows brake-checking in a RV is lethal, which is against our rules as you can not kill someone just to avoid an RP scenario (In this case, a pursuit). With 718 Hours, you are expected to be knowledgeable of our rules and regulations.



- Do not attempt to compare your situation to others. You are you and that player is that player. The scenarios are different and staff members

- You died in your car which was fairly close to your NLR area (Not to mention your death location was in the RV). And the location of where your body dropped is an exaggeration. You died from my weapon at the edge of where Hospital Tunnel meets Connectivity Road.

- I didn't kill you though, at the very worse I injured you a little. Like I said to Toxic, I have been told different things from different staff, so I took the chance.

- I can bring another rule breakage into this as it is the same, in fact they killed two police officers and I only killed one. That thread is relevant to this post. The scenario is not different, they are also being chased by police. I don't see how the fact that they were staff changes anything? 

- 'Fairly Close' It may have been fairly close, but it wasn't in my NLR zone. To be honest, it wasn't even that close to the area. When I died, I fell out of the RV, at the end of Hospital tunnel.

- You injured us as we slowed down. If we didn't, you would've been facing 2x RDM along with the situation you are in now. I apologize for your lack of knowledge for our rules, but sadly common sense must play a role in them and we expect our players to have it when in these situations.

- Again, their scenario, not yours. If you wish we can compare your previous suspensions and blacklists (including your current one) to others and accommodate them based on other cases. Those are different players, in different scenarios, with different staff members. You are not them and they are not you, so focus on your own case.

- You were fairly close. Close enough to count as NLR, but even if that weren't true, you died in the vehicle where your NLR location is found. Thus, you are under NLR.

- It's not that I don't have knowledge of the rules, it's that I'm constantly being told different things from different people whether I can and can't do it.

- I don't see the fact that because they were staff members changes anything? They did the same things as me, actually killed people and were not punished for FailRP nor RDM x2

- I was not in my NLR zone, I did not receive any warnings alerting me. Like I said before, I may have been fairly close to it but I wasn't in it.

- You shouldn't need someone to tell you what is common sense and what isn't.

- It doesn't matter if they are staff or not. You are in a different scenario at a different time. If you wish for them to be punished, you can make a PR.

- An alert doesn't mean you aren't affected by NLR. That timer gives you the time left and the warnings if you are too close to your original death location. It doesn't warn you if you act on your past life in any way, which is what you did by grabbing your car before we could even touch it or think about impounding it.

Unfortunately I'm going to deny this, my reason being that we had barely ended the pursuit with your RV before you had run straight back to your vehicle - after being shot out of it - and drove off. Soviet and I agree that this was a violation of New Life Rule.
