Your Name:
[KG:M] Constrictor

[L²:M][F.I] Toxic
Blacklist ID:

Why should you be unblacklisted?:
As for the first thing I was blacklisted for (Brake-checking in an RV) I did not know that this was not allowed. Some people tell me that I can do it, and then others say that it is not allowed. You said to go with the safer bet now, but you just blacklisted me so I can't do that at the moment.
Also, I mentioned a video where a player did the exact same thing as me, and did not get punished.
You even posted on this thread. Here is the thread where it is located:

As for the second one: NLR. In the rules, it says do not return to the LOCATION of where you died. I died in my vehicle, and that's not really a location, the Hospital Tunnel was where I died. When I was running to connectivity road, I noticed that my vehicle was parked away from where I had died. This is not revenge killing, nor returning to the place where I died. This was me returning to my car that was fully away from my NLR zone. If this is against the rules, then you may want to add this to the NLR spawning bit.
Evidence:
N/A
The staff-members have received your unblacklist-request, Constrictor.
It will take a while for it to be reviewed.
- Everyone knows brake-checking in a RV is lethal, which is against our rules as you can not kill someone just to avoid an RP scenario (In this case, a pursuit). With 718 Hours, you are expected to be knowledgeable of our rules and regulations.
- Do not attempt to compare your situation to others. You are you and that player is that player. The scenarios are different and staff members
- You died in your car which was fairly close to your NLR area (Not to mention your death location was in the RV). And the location of where your body dropped is an exaggeration. You died from my weapon at the edge of where Hospital Tunnel meets Connectivity Road.
Don't see how mentioning me posting in the thread you mentioned would be relevant at this point, seeing as I wasn't a staff member in April of 2016. I've never tolerated people using the RV to brake check other people, which is what you've already admitted to doing. Your vehicle was still in the NLR zone, you died not a minute before and ran straight back to your vehicle which we were chasing up until that point.

- I didn't kill you though, at the very worse I injured you a little. Like I said to Toxic, I have been told different things from different staff, so I took the chance.
- I can bring another rule breakage into this as it is the same, in fact they killed two police officers and I only killed one. That thread is relevant to this post. The scenario is not different, they are also being chased by police. I don't see how the fact that they were staff changes anything?
- 'Fairly Close' It may have been fairly close, but it wasn't in my NLR zone. To be honest, it wasn't even that close to the area. When I died, I fell out of the RV, at the end of Hospital tunnel.

My vehicle was not in the NLR zone. I did not receive one of those warnings alerting me that I was in my NLR zone. Like Soviet said, I may have been fairly close to it, but I was definitely not in it. If it's not in my NLR zone, I'm pretty sure I'm allowed to use it.
What I can sum it up as, if there's even a doubt that something would be permissible under server rules or not, it's safer to just not do it.
In reference to the actual distance between where you died and where you ran straight back to your RV to drive away. It coasted to a stop after you were shot by Soviet.

- You injured us as we slowed down. If we didn't, you would've been facing 2x RDM along with the situation you are in now. I apologize for your lack of knowledge for our rules, but sadly common sense must play a role in them and we expect our players to have it when in these situations.
- Again, their scenario, not yours. If you wish we can compare your previous suspensions and blacklists (including your current one) to others and accommodate them based on other cases. Those are different players, in different scenarios, with different staff members. You are not them and they are not you, so focus on your own case.
- You were fairly close. Close enough to count as NLR, but even if that weren't true, you died in the vehicle where your NLR location is found. Thus, you are under NLR.

- Well, seeing that other people had told me that I was able to do it, I thought that I was allowed, so I did it. But now it has been cleared up by an SA, I know now for the future.
- The death location is correct, but the location of the RV is definitely not. It ended up parked perfectly on the grass just after the entrance of the Connectivity Road warehouse. I guess one of the other police officer's moved it so that it wasn't blocking the road.
I'd also like to add that you dealt with the brake-checking ICly by killing me. It was about 5 mins after you killed me that you froze me in mid-air when you brought it up.

We were going to let it slide as it's a common occurrence and was dealt with rather quickly, but once your vehicle was retrieved before the NLR timer was up, Toxic and I began to intervene as an OOC matter.

- You shouldn't need someone to tell you what is common sense and what isn't.
- It doesn't matter if they are staff or not. You are in a different scenario at a different time. If you wish for them to be punished, you can make a PR.
- An alert doesn't mean you aren't affected by NLR. That timer gives you the time left and the warnings if you are too close to your original death location. It doesn't warn you if you act on your past life in any way, which is what you did by grabbing your car before we could even touch it or think about impounding it.

- If I am being told by staff members, it is no longer common sense. They know the rules, so I trust them when it comes to rules.
- Your excuse each time is about them being staff. It wouldn't be approved, because if they did something wrong, they would have been banned/blacklisted by now. Either that, or because they were staff they had a force-field preventing them from being punished for what they did.
- You may have not touched it, but another Officer did hence why it was parked so well on the grass banks. If you want, I can upload a screenshot of where I found it? Also, I made sure that there were no police cars nearby so that I am not preventing them from RPing an impound out.

If it was dealt with, then there is no need to continue it OOCly? Also, like I said before, my vehicle was 100 percent not in my NLR zone. If you would like a screenshot of where it was, I would be happy to provide it for you so that you can see.
