Yes, unrealistic. 

Post 9/11, security in airports in the US has skyrocketed in terms of armed personnel present at all times. Especially in an international airport, there would be tons of security. The part where they access the flight deck is unrealistic. The cockpit door is bullet resistant and pry resistant. The only way in from the cabin is through a pin code by a flight attendant, but it doesn't instantly open the door. The flight crew has the option to keep the door locked or unlock it. They would have heard the gunshots, and kept the door locked when the flight attendant put in his/her code.

The sample ATC communication is also incorrect. 
"Metro Ground, Air France 1141 requesting Start up IFR runway 2 for Paris"


In the US, unless stated otherwise by ATC, push and start is with the ramp controller. 
In Europe, it would sound like "Metro Ground, Air France 1141 at gate ___ requesting push and start

Finally, modern day terrorists wouldn't be doing an act of terrorism for money. They do it to incite fear in others and promote their own beliefs.

Lets all stop the criticism please. The event is just for fun, and to enjoy some sort of RP. If you feel that you don't like anything but super realistic stuff then don't post/complain. Most events are made not to be %100 realistic, but to be fun and enjoyable. Which is also why the server is semi-serious and not serious. I hope you understand. This is not just for realism, it is for the enjoyment in doing something different. P.S. some airports' security is just terrible, anybody could use different things to get past the airports' scanners. I do agree with the fact that airport security has increased, but this situation is still possible.
