Now I have the correct SteamID for Jake, I saw him Ingame, he had same description

Incorrect SteamID provided. The ID you provided is of the player Pingu who is not the accused player. Provide the correct SteamID please.

You must have copied something wrong. The ID you provided doesn't match any of the Jakes in the SteamID finder either.
