Hi jamaling,

The SWAT was in a long raid with the Corleones, and most of them were inside of the compound.  @"[L²:RP] Tom" was outside as a citizen with the job name Getaway Driver, he posed no visual threat to you and was unarmed when you shot him with a AWM.  You yourself confirm this fact. He could have been someone getting taken hostage or just a bystander. SWAT should not shoot until they have totally confirmed that the person is a target.

You have 2 prior blacklists regarding weapons one of them RDM,  the other, improper use of weapons.  I do not see a reason for the blacklist to be removed or reduced.

I came into Corleone to talk to the Corleone, at the time I was shot I was outside of their actual base and on the sidewalk unarmed and just wearing a suit so I didn't look like a threat.??? I can understand why you shot the other person as he was armed, Just try to be careful with who you sniper =D
