Why should you be unblacklisted?   I was a swat who were trying to do some sniper rp with tactics etc etc.
after a while we got the target so we decided to take the shot after looking for the person for around 30 minutes.
the moment when I tried to shoot I realized my ballistic scope (wich is kinda hard to work with wich is my fault for picking) was focused on the head of the unarmed man next I said 2 shots 2 down good job swat to cover it up .
it wasnt my intention to shoot the unarmed man and im not happy it went this way.
also during the admin sit I timed out and did not manage to get back in time due to connection problems

I came into Corleone to talk to the Corleone, at the time I was shot I was outside of their actual base and on the sidewalk unarmed and just wearing a suit so I didn't look like a threat.??? I can understand why you shot the other person as he was armed, Just try to be careful with who you sniper =D

Thanks for the understanding and yes I did and do have to look better who I will be shooting next time.
