Now if this were an unban request, then yeah it would be against the rules. And I promise this isn't trying to be an admin abuse thread, we're just trying to argue that with limited context to the situation and the rules and administrator's judgement on our side that Toxic's ruling was unjust. Also, isn't saying that the judgement is wrong kinda the point of an unban/blacklist request?

This has already been discussed by BlackDog, but we do have two hours left so I'd like to discuss my insight here. Now, I am going to ignore the details of the Blacklist itself as it has been discussed heavily in the last request.

And herein lies my point. As you stated, it technically concluded. Therefore, this is an invalid thread. You had plenty of chances to make your point in the last thread, so much so that you had to start color coding. What Toxic was saying at the end was that there was actually to many responses built up in one reply that it was becoming a muddled mess. And it was running in circles. He had enough information to go on.

I'm very glad you read the rules. You don't have to be so sarcastic about it though. The rules for blacklists are the same as for bans. As mentioned above, the rules hadn't been added in the thread for some reason.  And this has been the first time that it has been brought to light. This will be fixed.  

Now as you thoughtfully copied the rules over I'd like to point out two things.  A second request is not allowed for under a week. As such, this thread is a violation of the rules. Second, take your request seriously. You've been using a lot of sarcasm throughout, which leaves me to believe that you are not being very serious here. That this has ulterior motives.

There are things I'd like to say about the case, but I won't as that thread has already been concluded.

To be fair the original thread was people arguing over their role in the context and the post I made in an attempt to bring it back to its original purpose was entirely ignored.

I apologize for that, but as you've said we were running in circles and after trying to conduct myself in a more formal manner I was instead met with long responses that essentially repeated themselves and had things in them that really don't make sense, so I dropped the formalities and resorted to my more casual manner of speaking- which is usually sarcastic in tone but not in meaning. I promise I intended no disrespect with it. You say the rules are the same but there is absolutely no indication of that. I apologize for us making a second thread and we won't do it again but there was nothing against it.

Again, the rules explicitly state unban requests, so without meaning any disrespect it really isn't. But I don't mean to argue and won't. I am taking this seriously, its actually taken a chunk out of my free time because I'm too busy planning responses and researching for anything else. I promise my sarcasm isn't not indicative of me not taking this seriously, I just find it easier to express my points and word myself when I find it entertaining to do so. I assure you there are none, this is nothing other than an unblacklist request.

Ok, thank you for the response. Trust me, I speak fluent sarcasm, it is my natural method of handling stress. However there is a time and place for it, which is something I learned well over the years.

I hold no ill will towards you two. If there is one positive here, I do appreciate the time, energy and research done in all of this. It is appreciated.

As for this thread, I am going to officially deny it on grounds that it is a continuation from a previously denied request, something that is against the courtroom rules.

Now, there won't be any warnings done on any of you. You actually brought to light that the BL rules have gone missing. Something that has not been noticed until now. Now I can say that it is virtually the same as the ban rules.

So, thank you for the request, this will result in the rules being added to the unblacklist thread.
