Whenever I attempt to join the server, one of the following occurs:
- Game will freeze at sending client info, though all sound in game is audible
- I will get into the loading screen waiting to spawn and it will say there is a connection problem in the top right
- It will say I have timed out and return me to the server selection screen

I've verified the cache, reinstalled GMod, installed all mod packs I need, and I still get this, any ideas on what to do?
