Summary: Give us context and what rules they broke. He rdmed me. I was in the nexus garage recieving my car from impound while i was being escorted by a government official. At the time it was goigle. Im at the gate waiting for it to be opened when out of no where i get lit up and die. He did not approach me, i was no threat he just shot. When i confronted him about it he lied.

Alright, here's my side:
At 5;58 PM PST, an automated alert was being generated as for a prisioner being jailbroken, as I arrived at the garage I open up the door I saw a car with a guy on it and with some Secret Service agents around him but looking either at the door or at me, I took my weapon out, wrote "Get down from the car, Now! (In full caps) but here's the thing,
I sent it out and for some reason it didn't go through, and I myself thinking it went through (might sound weird, I know), but then I though he turned the car on and wanted me to run me over, so I shot him, Until then I realized What I've done, seen that the car didn't even move

so you shot me for your mistake. my car never moved from the the prop gate that was put up. i was sitting there asking for it to be opened. no one had guns pointed at me and i was no threat i was sitting still for 20 plus seconds.

As seen from the logs, photos, and from witness statements, you seemed to have gotten mixed up on what was going on.

However this may be an accident, you don't fire first and ask questions later as Government, let alone lie to the player when he asks you.

During the time of the Jail Break which did occur - I started to open fire on people who attempted to shoot back which could have panic'd Rhys to open fire - This could have been a 50/50 sort of situation as it was not completely his fault.

I know this might be even unrelated but after my first reply but, why did you sent me a PM asking for my age as because of the reply was a lie or something like that? I even asked someone if it was normal, they replied that it was not normal, so Why did you send that kind of message?

I'm refering to @Meme Lord, since a few minutes later that I posted the reply with my side of the story, he goes back into the server and sends me a PM with the following:" (PM) Tammi Salami: How old are you? (Or something by those lines) to which I replied with this: Why do you want to know? (If I'm not wrongly aware, all(if not all admins, correct me if I'm wrong) they have a Private message log from who to who they sent that PM, and the first PM was around 6:05 PM P.S.T)

Excuse me, but it does have to do something with this, as since after the first reply of a player report from the accused player, the one who reported it doesn't go back onto the server like 45-50 minutes later and ask for the accused player's age via Private messages, as it can be considered as a attempt of harrassment from within the other player who recieved it
